"Hi I’m Christina or Chrisy as most of the staff call me. I am the Systems Administrator, Documentation Quality Assurance Officer and the Applications Assessment Officer.

Working within MyCRA Pty Ltd in so many different roles from assessing clients files to determine that the Compliance Officers can work on your file and so that they have every detail about the default so that they can negotiate the removal knowing all the facts. To being the person that makes sure that we have all the processes documented and implemented right from speaking with one of our friendly receptionists through to the Compliance Officers.

Coming into the office every day and working alongside some amazing people doing amazing things and knowing that I am going to be able to assist in helping clients to move forward in their lives, whether it be applying for finance for a home loan or simply a mobile phone contract, gives me a great sense of satisfaction and purpose.
