"Hi my name is Kristina and I am the Compliance Officer for Energy and Other (e.g. radio rentals) defaults at MyCRA. My job involves reviewing documentation I receive from clients and their creditors and then cross checking the documentation against legislation.

From this I am able to see what avenues we are able to utilize in negotiating with the creditors to have these defaults removed. Working at MyCRA and in my role specifically is very rewarding in that I am able to physically remove client’s defaults which have caused them hardship and know that they are able to get on with their lives and the satisfaction of hearing them relieved once I call them to tell them the good news"
