"What’s up! My name is Sam and I’m 19 years old. I am the Telecommunications Legislative Compliance Officer at MyCRA. Working towards fixing normal, everyday people’s lives has got to be one of the best feelings I could ever have. Being able to tell my clients that their Telecommunications default has been removed and that they can finally obtain finance is rewarding in itself and makes all the hard effort put in, worth it. Cross referencing with different parts of legislation has got to be the one of the toughest things to hit my brain but it all makes sense if you can understand it and know what you are looking for.

I come into work everyday knowing that the hard work I am putting in will help my clients in the future so they can buy their house, car, bike or re-finance and having that mindset every day makes it all worth while."
