Once you have your Unique CRN and the Biller code, simply go to your own internet banking and make the payment through BPay the same as you would to pay your phone or electricity account.

Make sure that you use your Surname as a reference when you transfer money to our account as unidentified deposits need to stay in a holding account for up to 14 days to ensure we correctly identify the owner of the money.

Once your deposit at the bank, or internet transfer is made, get a receipt from the teller or print a receipt from your computer and fax or email it straight away so we can match the payment to the receipt the next business day.
