You will also need one additional signed and dated (only) LOA for the Credit Reporting Agency.
Make sure you only sign and date the LOA as we often find that if the creditor information isn't completed 100% EXACTLY correctly, that the creditor WILL NOT accept it and we will have to chase you up for another copy.
